Hey X!! How are you? To get in on my VIP customer drawing for the big box of Pampered Chef goodies, simply agree to a FUN virtual experience on FB with me in _______(month)! I will feature mealtime solutions for real moms that bring families together around the table. It only takes a few minutes a day and you can check in on FB when it's convenient for you! I take care of everything else, your entered into the drawing and reap all the host rewards too! Are you in?
If they have seen your message but haven't replied, follow up 24 hours later
Follow-Up Wording:
Hey X! I know the days get busy so I wanted to check back in with you to see if you got my message above. I am so excited to hear back from you.

Parties are the core of your business! At Pampered Chef, there are 3 different types of parties; in-home, virtual, and/or catalog, and 4 Party Experiences!
-
In-home- A consultant goes into a host’s home and cooks 1-2 recipes to share the recipe.

Virtual- A consultant shares products and games on a social media platform or Table.

Catalog- A consultant has hosts pass around catalogs to collect orders.
The beauty of this business is that you can do one or all 3, you are the CEO of your business and you can make it what you want.
Facebook Friends List Booking Task Wording
Here are the messages that you will message to get your first parties booked. Complete the blanks, then copy and paste this message to 30 people a day and you will see your calendar will fill up with 4 parties a week quickly.
Example #1:
Hey [name]! I don’t know if you saw, but I just started doing Pampered Chef because _____. I am looking for friends who can help me by doing a fun virtual party starting on ________! I set it all up and you invite your friends. It’s an easy way for you to get some great products for free & discounted and I really appreciate your help getting my business started. What do you say?
Example #2:
Hi X! How are you? I have exciting news! I just started my business with Pampered Chef and I couldn't be more excited! I'm filling up my calendar for ___________(month). I'd love to spoil you and treat your family and friends to a virtual experience featuring some trendy mealtime solutions for this busy season of life! It’s super easy, so much fun, and all on FB. I take care of everything for you and you reap all the rewards, what do you say? Will you help me get started?
Example #3:
Hi X! I am beginning a new journey and am asking you to be my "guinea pig". I am asking you to try a virtual show with The Pampered Chef. They are super fun and have games, tips, tricks, recipes, and tools. You'll add your friends to a group page that I set up, sit back, play the games, make some comments, and enjoy the week with your friends! Watch the magic unfold! Are you willing to help me out, while I totally spoil you with some free products?
VIRTUAL
Hey X, I don’t know if you saw, but I just started doing Pampered Chef because ______. I am looking for friends who can help me and do a fun cooking party at your home. We’ll cook together and learn a fun new recipe. What do you say? Let’s get together with you and your friends.
COOKING
Many of your outreaches will not get immediate responses. Be sure to send a gif or 48-hour follow-up to be sure they saw your message. You’d be surprised how many will respond when you do this.
Example:
(Name), I know life is busy. (Emoji) Just checking to see if you got the message that I sent a few
days ago. (Emoji)

NOTEBOOK
Keep a notebook of all your outreaches and your results, and label that notebook, “Booking Contacts.” So you have a way to monitor your progress. Do you have a notebook?

What to say when you get a "yes"
and what to say when you get a "no"
When you get a "YES":
Okay great, I have one spot left on ________(Your next Friday available) I will get everything all set up for you and let you know when it is ready for you to jump on and invite. How does that sound?
They will say "YES", and respond with this:
Okay great! What is a good email, phone number, and address for you? Thank you!!!
Now, you want to get this party set up in your Consultants
Corner & Table with their contact information. You will
need their email, address and phone number.
Then, you will either continue with setting up a FB Party
Group or Project Broadcast and start the Party System
process shortly. I will walk you through this in the Host/Guest
Coaching training!
When you get a "NO", here are a few options to respond with:
Example #1
Okay no problem at all, when is a better time I can follow back up with you?
Immediately put their name on your calendar in the month they want you to follow up with them. I do this right in my google calendar so it is simple to follow up and not forget.
Example #2
( Name), Does No mean, not no? Or does No mean Never?
Example #3:
(Name), I don't mean to sound pushy by any means, but I am really curious, what is your concern about hosting?
When that month comes, respond with this:
Hey X, I hope you are doing well, you asked me to follow up with you in ____________(month). Is now a better time for me to spoil you and your guests? I would love to treat your family and friends to a brand new virtual experience I am offering, featuring mealtime solutions for your busy life. I have one spot left on ________(Your next Friday available). I can get everything all set up for you and let you know when it is ready for you to jump on and invite. How does that sound?
If they say "NO" again, respond with the first dialog at the top again.
Okay no problem at all, when is a better time I can follow back up with you?" Continue to follow this cycle until they tell you not ever or that they will follow up with you.
